Originally started by former president FDR to fight polio, the March of Dimes is an organization that works to help families have healthy babies. The 27th Annual Caper, benefiting Family & Children’s Place, will be held following the Louisville men’s basketball game on Dec. 14. Almost 700 are expected to be in attendance at the Caper, which features entertainment, an auction, and an impressive variety of food served up by local restaurants. The University of Louisville Basketball team often appears at this all-ages event.
